We strive for 100% customer satisfaction on every order. Some of our customers use our preserved flowers and greenery for food decoration. Due to hygiene concerns, we don't accept returns.
Besides, we use the top brands of preserved flowers and green; we carefully package and distribute all products to ensure they arrive with the intended recipient in perfect condition. We use packing materials that are stronger than what the major courier company recommends.
We understand that damage may happen during delivery. However, under no circumstances shall Uneed Flower be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind during delivery.
Should you need to cancel an order, we will require a written notification to sales@uneedflowers.com five working days' notice before the delivery date.
For custom orders, after payment is received, we don't accept order cancellation as we will start designing and material ordering after the order is confirmed.
