Return and Cancellation Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction on every order.  As some of our customers use our preserved flowers and greenery for food decoration due to hygiene concerns, we don't accept returns. 

Besides, we use the top brands of preserved flowers and green; we carefully package and distribute all products to ensure they arrive with the intended recipient in perfect condition.  We use packing materials that stronger than what the major courier company recommends.

However, we understand that damage may happen during delivery. Thus, we request our customers if they find the parcel arrives with damage, the customer needs to inform us immediately and provide us with proof of the damage, such as pictures, within 24 hours of receipt.  We cannot be held liable for claims reported outside of this time. 

Once we receive your returned item in its original package and your proof, we will proceed with your refund.  However, we reserve the right to make the final judgement on the refund.

Also, after we receive the payment, we don't accept order cancellation.
